摘要
为了应对新时期特高拱坝智能化建设所带来的机遇和挑战,提高大型水工建筑混凝土浇筑工序的自动化、智能化、精细化及柔顺化水平,助力于构建面向未来的智能振捣及施工质量智能管控体系,综述了混凝土平仓振捣机的国内外研究背景和技术现状,对现有振捣设备及工艺在大坝浇筑施工中面临的困境进行了深入分析。结果表明:尽管混凝土平仓振捣机在水电建设行业的应用已相当成熟,但国内外对于其新技术和新工艺的研究却进展缓慢,现有平仓振捣机在功能和性能上已经难以满足大型水工建筑的施工需求,因此研究大规模混凝土的先进振捣技术和施工工艺具有重要的现实意义。混凝土平仓振捣机的智能化发展趋势,符合未来水利水电行业的总体发展要求,有利于建造出真正安全且造福国计民生的"无缝大坝",也为其他工程设备及液压机器人的智能化发展提供了重要借鉴。
In order to deal with the opportunities and challenges brought by the intelligentized construction of super-high arch dam in the new era, it is necessary to enhance the levels of automation, intelligentization, refinement and compliance of the concrete placing process of large-sized hydraulic structures to assist the construction of the future-oriented intelligentilized vibration and construction quality control system. The research background and technical status of concrete spreader/vibrator at home and abroad are reviewed herein, while the difficult conditions faced by the existing vibrating equipment and technological process during the construction of dam concrete placement are deeply analyzed as well. The results show that although the application of concrete spreader/vibrator is quite mature in the hydropower construction sector, the research progress of its new technique and new technological process are still slow at home and abroad, thus the functions and performances of the existing concrete spreader/vibrators are already hard to meet the construction demands from the large-sized hydraulic structures. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the advanced vibration technique and construction technological process for large-scale concrete construction. The intelligentilized development trend of concrete spreader/vibrator conforms to the overall development requirements of water conservancy and hydropower sector in the days to come, which can be not only conducive to build a jointless dam that is truly safe and beneficial to the national economy and people’s livelihood, but also can provide important references for the intelligentilized developments of the other engineering equipments and hydraulic robots.
