碳素纤维生态草协同微生物菌剂净化黑臭水体研究 被引量:6

摘要 为解决黑臭水体治理投加菌剂易随水流飘散的问题,本文利用碳素纤维生态草对微生物菌剂固定挂膜,并通过原位围隔试验,探究微生物菌剂联合碳素纤维生态草处理黑臭水体的效果。试验结果表明:协同处理组的COD、浊度、TN、NH+4-N、TP的削减率分别为85.8%、75.2%、86.3%、90.8%、53%,DO从0.15 mg/L恢复至5.8 mg/L,水质状况显著改善。与单挂生态草试验组相比,协同处理组的成膜时间缩短3~5 d,膜增重显著,生物膜形态较好;协同处理组水体环境微生物多样性增加,乳酸杆菌(Lactobacillus)、丝状菌(Filamentous bacteria)等益生菌在水体中出现,霍乱弧菌(Vibrio cholerae)、幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori)等致病菌大量减少。试验证明,生态草协同微生物菌剂可加速黑臭水体净化,促进水生态稳定。 In order to solve the problem that the microbial agent, which is input into black and odorous water body for the treatment, is easy to drift away with water flow, the effect of treating black and odorous water body with the microbial agent in combination with carbon-fiber ecological grass is explored herein by means of fixing and forming biofilm of microbial agent with carbon-fiber ecological grass through the relevant in situ enclosure experiment. The experiment result shows that the reduction rates of COD, turbidity, TN,NH+4-N, TP in the synergized treatment group are 85.8%, 75.2%, 86.3%, 90.8%, 53% respectively, while DO is restored from 0.15 mg/L to 5.8 mg/L, thus the status of water quality is significantly improved. Compared with the experiment group of the treatment only with carbon-fiber ecological grass, the film-forming time of the synergized treatment group is shortened by 3~5 days along with a significant increase of the film weight and a better biofilm, while the microbial diversity in the water environment is increased along with the occurrences of large amounts of probiotics, such as lactobacillus, filamentous bacteria, etc. and substantial decreases of pathogentic bacteria, i.e., vibrio cholerae, helicobacter pylori, etc., in the water body for the synergized treatment group. It is demonstrated that the purification of black and odorous water can be accelerated by means of carbon-fiber ecological grass synergized with microbial agent, from which the water ecology can be stabilized as well.
