摘要 目的对莲房进行化学成分研究。方法采用HP-20、硅胶、MCI、Sephadex LH-20、C18等色谱方法进行分离纯化,并根据其理化性质及波谱解析鉴定化合物结构。结果从莲房中分离鉴定出9个化合物,分别为槲皮素(1)、异槲皮苷(2)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸(3)、5,7-二羟基香豆素(4)、1-核糖醇基-2,3-二酮-1,2,3,4-四氢-6,7-二甲基-喹喔啉(5)、儿茶酚(6)、棕榈酸(7)、胡萝卜苷(8)、β-谷甾醇(9)。结论从莲房中分离鉴定的单体成分涉及黄酮类、生物碱类及萜类等化合物;化合物槲皮素的纯品含量有8.7g,其含量较大;化合物1~9均是莲房中首次分离得到,化合物4、5是莲中首次分离得到。 Objective To research the chemical constituents from lotus seedpod. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by chromatographic method such as HP-20, silica gel, MCI, Sephadex LH-20, C18, etc., and their structures were identified according to their physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. Results 9 compounds were isolated and identified from lotus seedpod, which were quercetin(1), isoquercitrin(2), quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucuronic acid(3), 5,7-dihydroxycoumarin(4), 1-ribitol-2,3-diketone-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-6,7-dimethylquinoxaline(5), catechol(6), palmitic acid(7), carotene(8), β-sitosterol(9). Conclusion The monomer components isolated and identified from the lotus plant involve flavonoids, alkaloids and terpenoids;The pure product content of the compound quercetin is 8.7 g, which is relatively large;Compounds 1-9 were isolated from lotus seedpod for the first time, and compounds 4 and 5 were isolated from lotus for the first time.
