摘要
目的探讨乌灵胶囊对慢性湿疹的治疗效果及安全性。方法选择2015年2月~2017年12月在我院皮肤科门诊就诊的慢性湿疹患者320例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组(n=162)单用西替利嗪及外用曲安奈德,观察组(n=158)在对照组基础上加用乌灵胶囊治疗,均治疗4周。观察两组患者治疗前后瘙痒情况和皮损改善情况。结果两组患者治疗后瘙痒程度评分和皮疹分布程度评分均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后观察组的瘙痒程度评分和皮疹分布程度评分均低于对照组(P <0.05),观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组患者均未观察到明显的药物不良反应。结论使用乌灵胶囊联合西替利嗪治疗慢性湿疹可以明显提高疗效。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Wuling capsule on chronic eczema. Methods A total of 320 patients with chronic eczema who were treated in the outpatient department of dermatology of our hospital from February 2015 to December 2017 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group(n=162) was treated with cetirizine alone and topical triamcinolone acetonide, while the observation group(n=158) was additionally treated with wuling capsule on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. Pruritus and skin lesion improvement were observed before and after treatment in the two groups. Results After treatment, the scores of pruritus and rash distribution in both groups were lower than those before the treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). And the scores of pruritus and rash distribution in the observation group were lower than in the control group(P < 0.05). The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). No significant adverse drug reactions were observed in both groups. Conclusion Wuling capsule combined with cetirizine can significantly improve the efficacy of chronic eczema.
