摘要
在运动营养学的指导下,以青少年为例开展基于运动营养学的猴头菇饮料应用研究。研究重点为猴头菇饮料的配方设计环节,通过合理的配方设计以满足各类人群的食补和康养要求。推广猴头菇饮料时应重点针对中年人群和老年人群的需要,并在与国际标准接轨的基础上拓展海外市场。在开发猴头菇饮料时,应以运动营养学为指导并结合我国中医理论来展开,未来还需进一步其他学科面对猴头菇饮料开展定量分析,以满足海外消费者的认知需求。
