摘要
目的:分析腹腔镜联合结肠镜手术治疗结直肠肿瘤的具体方法,并探讨该手术方案在临床中的应用效果及可行性。方法:选择贵州航天医院普外科于2020年1-4月期间收治的结直肠肿瘤患者共计50例。按照治疗方法的不同,将收治的50例患者平均分为两组,各25例。对照组实施单一腹腔镜手术治疗;试验组实施腹腔镜联合结肠镜手术治疗。耐心观察两组结直肠肿瘤患者的手术情况,并比较其治疗效果。结果:试验组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、并发症发生率及术后肿瘤转移率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用腹腔镜联合结肠镜手术治疗结直肠肿瘤的疗效显著,有助于缩短手术及住院时间,缓解患者身心痛苦,同时还能降低并发症发生率,避免肿瘤转移或复发,值得在临床治疗中积极应用、推广。
Objective:Analyze the specific methods of laparoscopy combined with colonoscopy for the treatment of colorectal tumors,and discuss the clinical application effect and feasibility of this surgical plan.Methods:A total of 50 patients with colorectal tumors were admitted to the Department of General Surgery of Guizhou Aerospace Hospital from January 2020 to April 2020.According to the different treatment methods,the 50 patients admitted were divided into two groups,25 cases in each group.During the treatment of colorectal tumors,the control group underwent single laparoscopic surgery;the experimental group underwent laparoscopic combined colonoscopy.Patiently observe the operation status of the two groups of colorectal tumor patients and compare their treatment effects.Results:The operative time,amount of blood loss,length of hospital stays,incidence of complications and postoperative tumor metastasis rate in the experimental group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopy combined with colonoscopy has a significant effect on the treatment of colorectal tumors,which can help shorten the operation and hospitalization time,alleviate the physical and mental pain of patients,and reduce the incidence of complications and avoid tumor metastasis or recurrence.It is worthy of active clinical treatment Application or promotion.
