摘要
目的:探讨大学生体重指数(BMI)对血压水平的影响,为青年高血压干预提供依据。方法:随机抽取某高校入学新生5000名,通过测量身高、体重等计算大学生BMI,同时测定大学生血压水平。根据BMI对过重、肥胖大学生予以干预,分析研究结果。结果:大学生随着BMI的增加,舒张压、收缩压水平均呈现出升高趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);单因素分析证实大学生BMI与舒张压、收缩压水平具有正相关(P<0.05);过重与肥胖大学生经过干预,BMI下降,同时舒张压、收缩压水平明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:大学生BMI的升高会引起血压水平升高,尤其是对过重以及肥胖大学生,需要积极采取干预措施,帮助其降低BMI,从而积极预防中青年高血压,保证大学生的身心健康。
Objective:To explore the influence of body mass index(BMI)on blood pressure in college students,and to provide evidence for the intervention of hypertension in young people.Methods:5000 freshmen were randomly selected from a certain university.BMI was calculated by measuring height and weight,and blood pressure level of college students was determined at the same time.According to the BMI of overweight and obese college students to give intervention,analysis of the study results.Results:With the increase of BMI,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure showed an increasing trend,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Univariate analysis confirmed that BMI was positively correlated with diastolic and systolic blood pressure(P<0.05).After intervention,the BMI of overweight and obese college students decreased,and the diastolic and systolic blood pressure also decreased significantly,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The increase of BMI in college students can lead to the increase of blood pressure,especially for overweight and obese college students,it is necessary to take active intervention measures to help them reduce BMI,so as to actively prevent hypertension among young and middle-aged people and ensure the physical and mental health of college students.
