摘要
精密装备制造业是为国防和经济提供生产、技术装备的制造业,能够提供广义制造业所需的关键设备及零部件,处于制造产业链的顶端,是制造业的核心组成部分,涉及极多的复杂、精密和尖端技术。论文首先概述了精密装备制造企业的特征及现状,并基于传统精密装备制造企业科技管理模式的问题,分别从以持续眼光优化项目、处理技术创新与技术引进的关系、重视并加强风险管控和产学研等方面,就精密装备制造企业科技管理模式的优化提出了建议。
Precision equipment manufacturing industry is a manufacturing industry that provides production and technical equipment for national defense and economy.It can provide key equipment and parts needed by broad manufacturing industry.It is at the top of manufacturing industry chain and the core part of manufacturing industry,involving a lot of complex,precision and cutting-edge technologies.This paper firstly summarizes the characteristics and current situation of precision equipment manufacturing enterprises,and based on the problems of traditional science and technology management mode of precision equipment manufacturing enterprises,puts forward suggestions on the optimization of science and technology management mode of precision equipment manufacturing enterprises from the aspects of optimizing projects with continuous vision,dealing with the relationship between technological innovation and technology introduction,attaching importance to and strengthening risk management and control and industry-university-research,respectively.
