CoFe2O4氧载体四氢呋喃部分氧化制合成气的热力学分析

Thermodynamic analysis for syngas production via chemical looping partial oxidation of tetrahydrofuran with CoFe2O4 oxygen carrier

摘要 利用CoFe2O4氧载体四氢呋喃部分氧化制备合成气,采用Gibbs自由能最小化法对CoFe2O4氧载体四氢呋喃部分氧化制合成气反应进行热力学平衡计算,考察了反应温度、氧燃比和水燃比对CoFe2O4氧载体四氢呋喃部分氧化制合成气反应产物的影响。实验结果表明,温度对CoFe2O4氧载体四氢呋喃部分氧化制合成气反应有显著影响;随氧燃比的增大,合成气的摩尔分数及合成气中氢碳摩尔比先增大后减小;随水燃比的增大,合成气摩尔分数减小,合成气中氢碳摩尔比增大。在0.1 MPa、800℃、水燃比0.13、氧燃比0.75时,合成气中氢碳摩尔比为1,合成气摩尔分数约为95%。 Syngas was prepared by partial oxidation of tetrahydrofuran on CoFe2O4 oxygen carrier,and the thermodynamic analysis of syngas production from chemical looping partial oxidation of tetrahydrofuran with CoFe2O4 oxygen carrier was calculated by the Gibbs free energy minimization method.The effect of temperature,CoFe2O4 to tetrahydrofuran ratio,and H2O to tetrahydrofuran ratio on composition and proportion of the products were investigated.The results showed that the temperature has a significant effect on the partial oxidation of tetrahydrofuran to syngas on CoFe2O4 oxygen carrier.With the increasing of CoFe2O4 to tetrahydrofuran ratio,the molar fraction of syngas and H2 to CO molar ratio increased firstly then decreased.With the increasing of H2O to tetrahydrofuran ratio,the molar fraction of syngas decreased and H2 to CO molar ratio increased.Under the conditions of 0.1 MPa,800℃,CoFe2O4 to tetrahydrofuran ratio of 0.75,H2O to tetrahydrofuran ratio of 0.13,the molar ratio of H2 to CO is 1 and the molar fraction of syngas is about 95%.
