BCL-100催化剂制备新型钛系小中空树脂 被引量:7

摘要 在Innovene S工艺装置上利用BCL-100催化剂开发了新型绿色健康钛系小中空树脂牌号HD5502T,利用GPC,DSC,SEM等方法考察了树脂的性能,并与铬系小中空树脂HD5502W进行了对比。实验结果表明,HD5502T粉料粒径较小,HD5502W粉料粒径较大,但两者细粉含量相当。HD5502T呈宽峰分布,分子量分布指数为20.46。HD5502T的结晶度和密度高于HD5502W,拉伸屈服应力略低于HD5502W,但冲击强度较HD5502W提高了35%,耐环境应力开裂时间是HD5502W的2.6倍。HD5502T绿色健康,析出物低,不含六价铬、邻苯二甲酸酯类等物质,具有良好的卫生性能,适用于食品包装,医药包装、日化品包装等小中空制品。 The novel blow molding polyethylene resin grade HD5502T was developed based on Ziegler-Natta catalyst BCL-100 in Innovene S slurry process.The structure and properties of HD5502T resin were investigated by GPC,DSC,SEM,which were compared with unimodal blow molding resin HD5502W prepared by chromium oxide catalyst.The result indicates that the powder size of HD5502T is smaller than that of HD5502W,but the content of fine powder is the same.Polymers of HD5502T show a broader molecular weight distribution of 20.46.The crystallinity and density of HD5502T are higher and the tensile yield stress is slightly lower than that of HD5502W.Notably,the impact strength is 35%higher and the environmental stress cracking time is 2.6 times of that of HD5502W.HD5502T with low precipitates is green and healthy,and does not contain hexavalent chromium,phthalate esters and other substances.It is suitable for small hollow products such as food packaging,pharmaceutical packaging,daily chemical packaging due to its good hygienic performance.
