摘要
介绍了钢铁企业生产过程中粉尘的种类、各工序的产量,并简述未经处理的高炉粉尘产生的危害,列举了我国钢铁企业回收高炉粉尘中碳、铁、锌的处理工艺,对浮选法、返回烧结法、磁选法、物理法、湿法和火法处理工艺的原理、流程和优缺点加以具体分析和总结,对钢铁企业使用最为广泛的回转窑和转底炉技术参数进行收集和分析。对比上述处理工艺后发现,火法处理工艺技术成熟,适用于大批量生产,是目前钢铁企业运用最多的工艺。本文还对处理高炉粉尘的新工艺进行分析,着重介绍了微波处理工艺。跟传统火法处理工艺相比,微波加热工艺解决了火法加热由外向里加热不均匀的问题,微波可以进入物料内部,将微波能转变为物料热能,从而达到均匀加热的目的。最后对处理高炉粉尘的新工艺提出展望。
The types of dust and the output of each process in the production process of iron and steel enterprises have been introduced in the text.The harm caused by untreated blast furnace dust has been described and the treatment processes of carbon,iron,and zinc in the recovery of blast furnace dust in national iron and steel enterprises has been listed.The principles,processes,advantages and disadvantages of flotation,return sintering,magnetic separation,physical,wet and fire treatment processes have been analyzed and summarized in detail,while the technical parameters of the most widely used rotary kiln and rotary hearth furnace in iron and steel enterprises have been collected and analyzed.After comparing the above treatment processes,it is found that the fire treatment technology is mature,suitable for mass production,which is currently the most commonly used process by steel companies.The new technology of processing blast furnace dust has been also analyzed in the text,which focuses on the microwave process.Compared with the traditional fire treatment process,the microwave heating process solves the problem of uneven heating from the outside to the inside of the fire heating process.The microwave can enter the inside of the material and convert the microwave energy into the heat energy of the material to achieve the purpose of uniform heating.Finally,the prospects for the new process of processing blast furnace dust have been put forward.
