摘要
电影《百鸟朝凤》再次引起人们关于非物质文化遗产的思考,到底如何拯救濒临灭绝的民间音乐类非物质文化遗产?政府和社会一直在努力,如建立专项保护基金、利用数字媒体进行艺术复制、培养新的传承人、利用非遗打造旅游文化品牌、开展田野调查等,但仍然存在诸如名录不均衡、补助分配不合理、传播途径狭窄、商业气息过浓、创新保护不足、传承后继无人等问题。建议采取如下措施:充分利用移动传媒进行广泛传播,鼓励艺术家利用非遗音乐大胆创新,将民间音乐引进高校和中小学音乐课堂,要在演奏中进行活态的传承,要以传承为中心,将“媒介复制”与“表演复制”结合起来,积极引导民间音乐文化市场的发展。
The film Hundred Birds Worshiping Phoenix has aroused people’s thinking about intangible cultural heritages and how to rescue the endangering folk musics.The governments at all levels and social sectors have made many efforts,such as funding special protection foundations,copying them by digital media,cultivating new inheritors,creating tourism brands,and doing field studies,but there have been some certain problems,such as,unbalanced lists,irrational allocation,narrow spreading channels,strong commercial style,weak innovation protection,and few inheritors.The paper proposes the following measures to protect and inherit intangible cultural heritage of folk music:spreading them by use of mobile media,encouraging artists to make brave innovation by use of intangible music,introducing folk music into primary and middle schools and colleges,integrating media copy with performance copy,and guiding folk music culture market development.
