摘要
肠道微生态被认为是人体内最主要的虚拟器官,具有促进营养吸收、抵抗致病菌定植、免疫调节、抗肿瘤等作用。近年来研究证实,肠道微生态紊乱参与了人体多种疾病的发生和发展过程。HBV感染是慢性乙型肝炎、乙肝肝硬化、肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)的最主要病因,在三者慢性、连续性的发展过程中,由于受到机体病理生理、血流动力学、免疫功能的调节,肠道微生态会出现不同程度的失调,肠-肝轴作为联系肠道和肝脏的中间纽带,在HBV感染相关肝病的发生和发展与肠道微生态紊乱相互影响的过程中发挥重要作用,本文对其最新发病机制及最新研究进展作一概述。
Intestinal microecology,as the most important virtual organ of human body,plays an important role in promoting nutrient absorption,resisting pathogenic bacteria colonization,regulating immune response and anti-tumor.Recent studies have confirmed that changes of intestinal microecology is involved in the occurrence and development of various human diseases.HBV infection is the main cause of chronic hepatitis B,HBV-related cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).In the process of chronic and continuous development of which,due to the influence of pathophysiology,hemodynamics and immune system of the body,the intestinal microecology will change in different degrees.The intestinal-hepatic axis,serving as an intermediate link between the intestine and the liver,plays an important role in the interaction between the development of HBV-related liver disease and intestinal microflora imbalance.Therefore,it is necessary to review the latest pathogenesis and present the latest research progress in this field.
