摘要
目的探讨内分泌科教学改革中临床路径教学法的应用效果。方法以内分泌科2018年6月—2019年6月参与临床实习的72名实习生为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组各36名,对照组实习生接受传统教学法,研究组实习生接受临床路径教学法,比较两组实习生的考核成绩、教学效果及教学满意度。结果研究组实习生的理论基础知识、病历处理能力、基本操作能力及综合成绩均显著高于对照组,两组比较差异性显著(P <0.05),研究组实习生的学习主观能动性、与患者有效沟通、临床诊疗思路、理论结合实践能力评分均显著高于对照组,两组比较差异性显著(P<0.05),研究组实习生对教学满意度显著高于对照组,两组比较差异性显著(P <0.05)。结论临床路径教学法可有效提高实习生的考核成绩、教学效果及实习生满意度,值得在内分泌科教学改革中应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of clinical pathway teaching method in the teaching reform of endocrinology.Methods 72 interns who participated in clinical practice in endocrinology department from June 2018 to June 2019 were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,36 in each group.The control group accepted the traditional teaching method,the study group accepted the clinical pathway teaching method,and compared the assessment results,teaching effect and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of interns.Results The scores of theoretical basic knowledge,medical record processing ability,basic operation ability and comprehensive performance of the interns in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The scores of learning subjective initiative,effective communication with patients,clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas,theory combined with practice ability of interns in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical pathway teaching method can effectively improve the assessment results,teaching effect and satisfaction of interns,and it is worth applying in the teaching reform of endocrinology.
