摘要
一所现代化医院的目标除了提高我国医疗水平外,还担任着医学教育教学、钻研学术的重任,只有在医疗水平和医学教学两个方面共赢的情况下,医院才能迅速发展。医学生在毕业前掌握了医学的基础理论知识,经过临床实习能够迅速加强临床综合实践能力,让理论与实践结合,所以临床实习是医学生宝贵的重要学习阶段,但由于医院等级、发展历史及区域不全相同,所以会存在硬件设施、师资水平、带教质量上的差异问题,我院对临床教学给予高度重视,从各个方面来加强教学基地医院的教学质量,培养医学生优秀的医德医风和临床思维、实践操作的能力,帮助他们从一名稚嫩的医学生转变成独当一面的医师。
The goal of a modern hospital is not only to improve the medical level of our country,but also to undertake the important tasks of medical education,teaching and academic research.Only under the winwin situation of medical level and medical teaching can the hospital develop rapidly.Medical students before graduation master the theoretical knowledge of the system,and after clinical practice,they can rapidly enhance clinical comprehensive practice ability,make the theory and practice combination,so clinical practice is of great importance in medical students'precious learning stage, but the hospital level, development history andarea ara not all the same, so there are hardware facilities,the differences of teaching level and teaching qualityproblems, our hospital attaches great importance to theclinical teaching, from all aspects to enhance the teachingquality of teaching base hospital, cultivate good medicalethics and medical students clinical thinking and practiceability, help them to shift from young medical students tophysicians who are independent.
