摘要
目的探究胃癌患者血清IL-21与Treg细胞及CD4^+/CD8^+T细胞的关系。方法随机选取2014年12月—2016年12月100例血清样本,50例为胃癌患者,50例为健康人群。对所有待测患者外周血进行IL-21与Treg细胞及CD4^+/CD8^+T细胞的表达情况进行检测。结果研究表明,实验组与对照组在IL-21与Treg细胞及CD4^+/CD8^+T细胞的表达情况上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 IL-21与Treg细胞及CD4^+/CD8^+T细胞的表达情况能检测出患者是否有胃癌,可以用于临床诊断,患者的表达值与患者的病理特征存在相关性。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum IL-21 and Treg cells and CD4^+/CD8^+T cells in patients with gastric cancer.Methods From December 2014 to December 2016,100 serum samples were randomly selected,50 patients were gastric cancer patients,and 50 were healthy people.The expressions of IL-21 and Treg cells and CD4^+/CD8^+T cells in peripheral blood of all patients were detected.Results The results showed that the experimental group and the control group had significant differences in the expression of IL-21,Treg cells and CD4^+/CD8^+T cells,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of IL-21,Treg cells and CD4^+/CD8^+T cells can detect whether the patient has gastric cancer and can be used for clinical diagnosis.The expression value of the patient is correlated with the pathological characteristics of the patient.
