事件插值的PWM变流器大步长仿真方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 受仿真设备性能的限制,基于RTW的电力电子详细模型实时仿真步长可以显著提高仿真效率,但将步长增大后PWM会产生开关时延,造成数值振荡影响仿真精度。针对该问题采用基于事件开关时刻插值预测仿真方法,该方法首先通过后向欧拉法提前预测一个步长找到PWM开关切换点,以载波与调制波对比后的过零点为插值点,通过Discrete-event功能进行建模,以开关时刻为事件,对模型进行事件插值,因此可以不受步长限制进行插值开关,并可以解决多重开关问题。最后在Simulink中对IGBT/Doide变流器进行行为建模,通过面积等效原理还原电压波形,并应用于三相背靠背变流器的控制中,对5μs步长的常规详细模型与50μs步长带事件插值模型的控制效果、谐波含量以及仿真耗时进行对比,证明基于事件插值PWM变流器建模方法的正确性和高效性。 Restricted by the performance of the simulation equipment,real⁃time simulation of power electronic detailed model based on RTW can significantly improve the simulation efficiency by increasing step size.However,the PWM switch delay will occur and cause numerical oscillation,so as to affect the simulation accuracy.In view of this,the simulation method of event switching time interpolation prediction is adopted.In the method,the PWM carrier zero⁃crossing point is gotten by predicting the step size with backward Euler method,the zero⁃crossing point of the carrier⁃modulated wave is taken as the interpolation point to realize the modeling by the function of discrete⁃event.The model is subjected into event interpolation with the switching moment as the event,so the interpolation switching can be performed without the limitation of step.In addition,the multi⁃switching phenomenon can be eliminated.IGBT/Doide converter is subjected into behavioral modeling in the Simulink.The voltage waveform is restored by area equivalence principle.The modeling method is applied to the control of three⁃phase back⁃to⁃back converter.The control effect,harmonic content and simulation duration of the conventional detailed model with 5μs step size and the interpolation model with 50μs step size are contrasted.It is proved that the modeling method of PWM converter based on event interpolation is correct and efficient.
