摘要
为解决透水混凝土堵塞问题,首先设置对照组,改变骨料粒径、水灰比和静压时间,研究透水混凝土透水性能变化情况,然后对比高压水枪、清水、吸尘器3种清洗方式对堵塞状态下透水混凝土透水性能的影响。结果表明,透水混凝土的透水能力随骨料粒径与孔隙率的增大而增大,随水灰比和静压时间增大而减小。水灰比小于0.33时,对透水系数影响较小;静压时间在0~90 s之间时,透水系数变化最为明显。高压水枪清洗后透水系数恢复比率达85.04%,该方法对堵塞试件的透水性能恢复效果最好,其次是吸尘器,恢复比例为63.85%,清水组最差,仅为41.6%。
In order to solve the problem of permeable concrete clogging.First,set up the control group and change aggregate size,water-cement ratio and pressure time to research the changes of water permeability.Then compare the influence of three cleaning methods such as high pressure water gun,clean water and vacuum cleaner on the permeable concrete.The results show that the permeability of permeable concrete increases with the increasing of the aggregate particle size and porosity,and decreases with the increasing of water-cement ratio and static pressure time.When the water-cement ratio is less than 0.33,the influence on the water permeability coefficient is small.When the static pressure time is between 0 s and 90 s,the water permeability coefficient changes most obviously.The recovery ratio of the water permeability coefficient by the high-pressure water gun reaches 85.04%.This method has the best recovery effect,followed by the vacuum cleaner,the recovery ratio is 63.85%,and the clean water group has the worst,only 41.6%.
