摘要
目的:数据挖掘分析《中医方剂大辞典》中口干症的组方规律,为临床治疗提供参考。方法:使用SPSS Statistics 20描述性分析药物出现频次、四气、五味及归经。使用SPSS Modeler 14.1通过网络图得到药物间的链接关系,将链接 > 1的药物导入Gephi 0.9.2中,绘制复杂网络,实现数据可视化,并进行模块化分析。结果:《中医方剂大辞典》治疗口干的方剂共有46个,药物98种,其中出现频次最高的药物为炙甘草,其次为乌梅、麦冬、茯苓。四气中寒性药物最多;五味中甘味出现频次最高;归经中肺经出现频次最高,其次为脾经、胃经。复杂网络图模块化分析主要得到3个药物组合:①麦冬、天花粉、茯苓、黄连、地骨皮;②乌梅、葛根;③炙甘草、人参。结论:基于《中医方剂大辞典》,口干症治疗常用益气、养阴、清热药物,推测阴虚火旺、津液内伤和气阴两伤是本病常见的病机证候,供临床参考和验证。
Objective:To analyze the prescription rules of xerostomia in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescription Dictionary by data mining,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods:SPSS Statistics 20 was used to analyze the frequency,four Qi(i.e.,the four natures),five flavors and meridian tropism of drugs.SPSS Modeler 14.1 was used to get the link relationship between drugs through the network diagram.The drugs with more than one links were imported into Gephi 0.9.2,and the complex network was drawn to realize data visualization and modular analysis.Results:There were 46 prescriptions and 98 kinds of drugs for xerostomia in the dictionary,among which the most frequent drug was Zhigancao(Radix Aconiti Lateralis Praeparata),followed by Wumei(Fructus Mume),Maidong(Radix Ophiopogonis)and Fuling(Poria).Cold drugs in the four Qi are the most frequently used;sweet drugs in the five herbs are the most frequently used;lung meridian appears the most frequently,followed by spleen meridian and stomach meridian.Three main drug combinations were obtained from modular analysis of complex network diagram:①Maidong,Tianhuafen(Radix Trichosanthis),Huanglian(Rhizoma Coptidis)and Digupi(Cortex Lycii);②Wumei and Gegen(Radix Puerariae Lobatae);③Zhigancao and Renshen(Radix et Rhizoma Ginseng).Conclusion:Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescription Dictionary,drugs of replenishing Qi,nourishing Yin and clearing away heat are commonly used in the treatment of xerostomia.It is speculated that yin deficiency and fire excess,body fluid internal injury and Qi and Yin injury are the common pathogenesis syndromes of xerostomia,which can be used for clinical reference and verification.
