摘要
利用ANSYS有限元软件对顶管顶进过程进行了三维数值模拟,介绍了模拟过程中合理简化、模型建立及参数选择等,研究了顶管顶进过程中对周边构筑物的影响。结果表明,本工程顶管穿越土层的刚度及弹模与顶管相比差异悬殊,造成的变形及应力分布调整影响极其有限,对桥桩及燃气管线的安全不够成威胁,施工方案是可接受的。
The three-dimensional numerical simulation of pipe jacking process is carried out by using ANSYS finite element software.The reasonable simplification,model establishment and parameter selection in the simulation process are introduced,and the influence of pipe jacking process on surrounding structures is studied.The results show that the rigidity and elastic modulus of the soil layer through which the pipe jacking passes are quite different from those of the pipe jacking.The deformation and stress distribution adjustment caused by the pipe jacking are extremely limited,which does not pose a threat to the safety of bridge piles and gas pipelines.The construction scheme is acceptable.
