摘要 提出了一种既适配MCB又能判定状态的新型机械驱动与信息处理综合系统装置,在适配MCB实现IoT功能升级后,既能远程合/分闸、快速跳闸,又能与MCB良好联动并维持其原电气特性。装置内核控制单元中设定用户、特定密令与外部控制指令、内置位置传感器基于监控流程综合判定后,借助新颖的机械机构驱动外部MCB完成有效的跳闸或载流通断应用并外送状态信息。新型系统装置对于需要基于传统MCB智能化升级又欲获得IoT体验的用户来说是一种低成本的技术选型方案。 This paper introduced a new type of mechanical drive and information processing integrated device system,which can not only adapt to MCB but also determine the state.After the system is adapted to MCB to realize IoT function upgrade,it can not only achieve remote closing and opening,fast-tripping,but also well interact with MCB and maintain its original electrical characteristics.The device uses the user set in the kernel control unit,the specific secret order and external control instructions,and the built-in position sensor.After the comprehensive judgment based on the monitoring process,the device uses a novel mechanical mechanism to drive the external MCB to complete the effective application of trip or load flow interruption and send out the status information.The new technology solution under the device is a low-cost selection scheme for users who need intelligent upgrade based on traditional MCB and also want to obtain IoT experience.
