摘要
针对火箭贮箱卧式搅拌摩擦焊的焊接特点,设计了集主驱动和外定位于一体的焊接机床。对底箱、环座和压环等机床床身的主要零/部件进行了强度、刚性分析,并验证其对火箭贮箱焊接质量的影响;解决了火箭贮箱焊接时扭转力矩偏大、定位精度低以及焊接扭转错缝等难题。推动了我国火箭贮箱搅拌摩擦焊的工程化应用,为后续相似装备的设计开发提供了实际应用依据和技术借鉴。
In allusion to the character of horizontal Friction Stir Welding(FSW)for fuel tank of launch vehicle,the welding tool was designed with outside clamping and prime mover.The strength and rigidity of the machine tool’s main parts,such as basebox、ring-foundation and press-ring were analyzed,the effect of rocket fuel tank’s quality was verified,which resolved the challenge of rather big torque、low locastion accuracy and exist contortion crevice at the time of welding.All these promote the engineered apply of FSW for fuel tank of launch vehicle in our country,and provide application gist and technology reference of the the similer equipment’s design development in the future.
