摘要
针对英国巴布科克公司的300 MW"W"锅炉运行现状,通过采用双调风旋流燃烧器对W火焰锅炉低氮改造,经过动力场模拟试验及燃烧运行优化调整,在保证锅炉效率和运行安全的前提下,大大降低了锅炉原烟NO_x排放浓度,减轻了脱销脱硫系统运行压力,达到了预期效果,为同类型机组超低运行改造、提高机组经济效益将提供有益借鉴,可在同类型锅炉上推广和应用。
According to the operation status of 300 MW"W"boiler produced by Babcock company in UK,through the low-NO_x retrofit of W-flame boiler with double air regulating swirl burner,dynamic field simulation test and operation optimization adjustment,the NO_x emission concentration of boiler original flue gas is greatly reduced,under the premise of ensuring boiler efficiency and operation safety.The operation pressure of desulfurization system is reduced,and the expected value is achieved.It can be used for reference to improve the economic benefits of the same type of units,and can be popularized and applied in the same type of boilers.
