摘要
由于石油行业资源、能源、环境因素的限制,炼化产业的未来发展受到了巨大的挑战。除去客观原因外,工业化与信息智能化建设的融合度不足,是导致炼化建设进步缓慢的主要原因之一。因此为了解决炼化企业信息化程度较低的问题,可从数据共享、智能预警、管理决策等方面加强企业智能炼化建设。在数字智能炼化的基础上,开创自主控制的信息系统,从而全面实现机电一体化,通过提高资源的转换效率、降低生产污染,最终实现炼化企业的可持续发展。
Due to the limitation of resources,energy and environment in petroleum industry,the future development of refining and chemical industry is facing great challenges.In addition to the objective reasons,the lack of integration of industrialization and information intelligent construction is one of the main reasons for the slow progress of refining and chemical construction.Therefore,in order to solve the problem of low information level of refining and chemical enterprises,we can strengthen the construction of intelligent refining and chemical enterprises from the aspects of data sharing,intelligent early warning,management and decision-making.On the basis of digital intelligent refining and chemical industry,we will create an information system with independent control,so as to realize electromechanical integration in an all-round way.By improving the conversion efficiency of resources and reducing production pollution,the sustainable development of refining and chemical enterprises can be realized.
