摘要
考虑轴承接触角的变化,推导了向心球轴承在承受径向、轴向以及弯矩载荷作用下的力学平衡方程。基于拟静力学法建立了向心球轴承的载荷分布分析模型。在MATLAB中基于Newton-Raphson迭代法编制数值求解程序,并以此为基础研究了不同载荷参数对向心球轴承的整体载荷分布以及轴承疲劳寿命的影响。
Considering the change of the bearing contact angle,this paper derived mechanical equilibrium equation of centripetal ball bearings when bearing radial,axial and bending load.Based on the quasi-static method,the load distribution analysis model of centripetal ball bearing is established.Based on the Newton-Raphson iteration method in the MATLAB numerical program,the influence of different load parameters on the overall load distribution and bearing fatigue life of centripetal ball bearings are studied.
