摘要
目的:基于中医传承辅助平台管理系统(V2.5),挖掘卢秉久教授针对酒精性肝病的辨治经验及用药规律。方法:通过临床病例采集,建立医案数据库,运用频数统计、关联规则分析、聚类分析、复杂系统熵聚类、熵层析聚类分析等高级别数据挖掘方法,探讨卢秉久教授治疗酒精性肝病患者的用药特点和组方规律。结果:共筛选出有效方剂100条,使用89种药品,累计使用频次为1231次。使用频次≥20的中药有15味,药性主要为凉性,药味主要为苦味,多归于脾、肝二经。使用频次在25次以上的核心药组共11组,20组可以用于新处方聚类的药物组合及新处方10首。结论:卢秉久教授治疗酒精性肝病患者以健脾祛湿为主,对于兼证采用清热利湿、活血化瘀、燥湿化痰等治法。
Objective:Based on the“Traditional Chinese Medicine Heritage Assisted Platform Management System(V2.5)”,to excavate Professor LU Bing-jiu's experience in the identification and treatment of alcoholic liver disease and the rules of medication.Methods:The medical case database was established through the collection of clinical cases,and the high-level data mining methods such as frequency statistics,association rule analysis,cluster analysis,complex system entropy clustering,and entropy tomography cluster analysis were used to explore its medication characteristics and prescriptions.Results:A total of 100 effective prescriptions were screened out,using 89 kinds of drugs,and 1231 times were used.There are 15 flavors of Chinese medicines used more than 20 times.The medicinal properties are mainly cool drugs,and the medicinal taste is mainly bitter,mostly attributed to the spleen and liver meridians.There are 11 groups of core drug groups that are used more than 25 times,and 20 groups can be used for new prescription clustering and 10 new prescriptions.Conclusion:Conclusion:Professor LU Bing-jiu mainly treats the spleen and dampness in the treatment of alcoholic liver disease.For the syndromes,treatment methods such as clearing away heat and dampness,promoting blood circulation,removing stasis,and removing phlegm and phlegm are used.
