摘要
文章从投入产出的视角构建了公共图书馆的文化服务效能评价指标体系。在此基础上应用因子分析方法生成5大关键指标综合评估模型,利用该模型对全国31个省级公共图书馆的文化服务效能进行实证分析,以期科学客观地了解我国公共图书馆文化服务效能评估构成的关键因素。
From the perspective of input-output,the cultural service efficiency evaluation index system of public libraries is constructed.On this basis,the factor analysis method is used to generate a comprehensive evaluation model of five key indicators,and the model is used to conduct an empirical analysis of the cultural service effectiveness of 31 provincial public libraries across the country,to gain a rational and objective picture of the key factors’influences in the cultural service effectiveness evaluation of public libraries in China.
