摘要
目的探讨樟树花粉是否作为变应原,引发呼吸道过敏性疾病。方法在樟树花朵的盛开季节采摘、分离和纯化花粉,提取樟树花粉蛋白质,并采集在春季发病的呼吸道过敏且总IgE明显增高的患者血清122份。通过ELISA法对其樟树花粉特异性IgE进行鉴定,IgE增高者再经免疫印迹试验(Western blot)验证。结果在122例受检者中发现阳性血清2例,阳性率为1.64%;其中强阳性1例为过敏性鼻炎患者,其血清IgE与相对分子质量63000和48000的花粉蛋白发生反应。结论在呼吸道过敏患者血清中找到抗樟树花粉特异性IgE,说明樟树花粉是春季变态反应的致敏原之一。
Objective To investigate the allergenicity of Cinnamomum camphora pollen in patients with allergic respiratory diseases.Methods During its blooming season,Cinnamomum camphora tree pollens were collected,isolated,and purified,while Cinnamomum camphora tree pollen proteins were extracted.122 serum samples of patients with respiratory allergic diseases during spring were collected,who lived in Shanghai over one year and whose total IgE were significantly increased.The specific IgE(sIgE)of Cinnamomum camphora tree pollen was identified by using ELISA method,and further verified by Western blot.Results Positive results of sIgE to Cinnamomum camphora tree pollen were detectable in two cases,while positive rate was 1.64%.Serum IgE of one patient reacted with relative molecular mass 63000 and 48000 proteins of pollen,who was diagnosed as allergic rhinitis with strong positive sIgE to Cinnamomum camphora tree pollen.Conclusion sIgE to Cinnamomum camphora tree pollen are detectable in serum of patients with respiratory allergic diseases,confirming that Cinnamomum camphora tree pollen is one kind of the allergenic pollens for spring pollinosis.
