摘要
良好的茶叶品牌建设有助于推动茶业供给侧结构性改革,促进茶业转型升级。黄山市是全国重点产茶市,也是历史名茶之乡,丰富的茶叶资源奠定了其品牌建设的基础,为黄山市茶叶品牌建设提供新思路,基于对黄山市当前茶叶品牌建设现状的分析,指出该市当前存在茶叶品牌建设意识淡薄、茶企品牌竞争力不高及茶叶种植加工模式标准化程度低等问题,提出推动茶叶标准化生产、强化品牌意识、提高企业品牌竞争力、规范和完善市场机制、运用现代信息技术搭建宣传平台及实行“茶叶协会+企业+合作社+基地”运作模式等加强茶叶品牌建设的对策。
Good tea brand construction will help to promote supply-side structural reform of tea industry and improve transforming and upgrading of tea industry.Huangshan is the city of the national key tea-producing area and also the hometown of historical tea,and the abundant tea resource lays a foundation for brand construction.In order to provide a new idea for tea brand construction in Huangshan City,the problems including weak consciousness of brand construction,low brand competiveness of tea enterprise and poor standardization of tea planting and process model are pointed out based on the analysis of tea brand construction in Huangshan City,the countermeasures for strengthening tea brand construction are proposed from aspects of promoting tea standardized production,enhancing brand consciousness,improving enterprise brand competiveness,perfecting market mechanism,building promotion platform with modern information technology and implementing the operation model of tea association+enterprise+cooperative+base.
