摘要 介绍MES系统的概念以及其特点,并且通过对MES系统各个控制及分析工具的应用,实现对制丝线整个生产全过程进行实时的质量监控,实现闭环质量管控体系,实现生产过程透明化、生产数据可视化、生产决策智能化,从而实现了工厂的精细化、均质化、信息化管理。 This paper introduces the concept and characteristics of MES system,and through the application of various control and analysis tools of MES system,the real-time quality monitoring of the whole production process of the silk production line is realized,the closed-loop quality control system is realized,the production process is transparent,the production data is visualized,and the production decision-making is intelligent,so as to realize the refinement and homogenization of the factory Information management.
