摘要 针对光伏等新能源发电的波动性,提出了考虑需求侧资源作为灵活性供应的配电系统优化调度方法.首先,分析了配电系统优化框架及灵活性平衡机理,针对需求侧资源规模大、容量小的特点,提出了基于虚拟电池模型的需求侧资源聚合模型;其次,提出了数据驱动的需求侧资源模型参数评估方法,构建了基于参数评估的需求侧资源聚合优化模型,提出了涉及需求侧资源主动调节的配电系统灵活性优化调度方法;最后,通过实际数据进行算例分析,结果表明,所提数据-模型混合驱动的配电系统灵活性优化调度方法可以有效降低系统的运行成本,并有利于缓解系统的净负荷峰谷差. In view of the volatility of renewable energy generation,such as photovoltaic power,an optimal dispatch method of the distribution system that considers demand-side resources as flexible supply is proposed in this paper.First,the optimization framework and flexibility balance mechanism of the distribution system are analyzed,and the aggregation model based on the virtual battery theory is suggested for modeling the demand side resources with large scales but small capacity.Second,a data-driven parameter evaluation method is proposed for the models of demand side resources,and an aggregate optimization model of demand side resources with parameter evaluation is established.Then a flexibility optimal dispatch approach of distribution system is proposed with proactive regulation of demand-side resources.Finally,the practical data is used for the case study,and the results show that the proposed hybrid data and model driven flexibility optimization method can effectively reduce the operating cost and help to alleviate the peak-to-valley difference of the net load of the distribution system.
