摘要
目的探讨慕课教学模式在中医护理临床教学中的作用。方法选取2018年3-12月在我院进行中医护理临床实习的本科生50名,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各25名。对照组采用传统课堂教学,观察组采用慕课网络课程线上教学。比较2组出科成绩、毕业综合成绩及核心能力。结果观察组出科理论成绩、操作成绩、毕业综合成绩均好于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护生核心能力自我评价得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论慕课模式在提高护生中医护理临床能力上有着积极作用。
Objective To explore the application of MOOC in clinical teaching of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing.Methods Totally 50 nursing undergraduates in our hospital from March to December in 2108 were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,each of 25.The control group was taught TCM nursing in the traditional way,while the experimental group was provided with MOOC.The two groups were compared their theoretical knowledge,operational skill and core competence after the intervention.Results The oretical knowledge and operational skill of the experimental group were significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).In the self-evaluation of the core competence of TCM nursing,the four-dimensional abilities(cooperation,decision-making,knowledge skills and clinical thinking)of the former were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of MOOC can help to promote the TCM clinical nursing.
