摘要 对气相色谱法检测蔬菜中有机磷农药残留的基质效应进行了分析研究。结果表明,12种有机磷农药在6种蔬菜基质中均存在不同程度的基质效应,基质效应的强弱与农药种类和蔬菜种类有关。采用基质校正,黄瓜、番茄、豇豆、青菜等4种蔬菜能起到很好的基质校正效果。在有机磷农药残留的检测中,建议采用基质配制标准溶液对农药残留进行定量,确保检测结果的准确性。 The matrix effects of organophosphorus pesticides residues in vegetables were analyzed by gas chromatography.The results showed that 12 organophosphorus pesticides in 6 vegetables had different matrix effects and the matrix effects were related to the kinds of organophosphorus pesticides and vegetables.Using matrix correction,cucumber,tomato,cowpea and green vegetables can get good matrix correction effects.In the detection of organophosphorus pesticide residues,it is recommended to use matrix preparation standard solution to quantify pesticide residues,so as to ensure the accuracy of the detection results.
