摘要
目的收录秦国政教授治疗阳痿门诊病历并利用数据分析方药经验,为阳痿的中医临床治疗提供参考和借鉴。方法收集118份阳痿病历,分别查出其药性、味、功效及归经,运用Excel、Spss 20.0、Weka 3.8、Cytoscape 3.6.1对病例数据进行统计分析。结果统计分析发现,治疗本病的高频药物为生地黄、当归、牛膝、生黄芪等,占总频次的55.83%,从高频药物关联关系中得出常用药对搭配;从功效角度以补益药、活血化瘀药、清热药为主,占总频次的55.93%;从药性角度主要以温性、寒性、平性为主,占药性总频次的55.97%;从药味角度以苦、辛、甘味为主,占药味总频次的55.27%;从药物归经角度以归肝经药物为最,其次是心、肾、脾胃、肺经等,占归经总频次的56.45%。结论从统计分析结果来看秦国政教授治疗阳痿病机以气血为纲,肝郁肾虚兼夹湿热瘀阻伤阴为要,临床上多选用补益肝肾、活血化瘀、解毒清热之法治疗本病。
Objective:To provide reference for the clinical treatment of impotence patients by collecting the medical records of Professor Qin Guozheng's treatment of impotence and using the data analysis and prescription experience.Methods:118 impotence patients were collected to find out their medicinal properties,tastes,effectiveness and channel tropism respectively.Excel,Spss 20.0,Weka 3.8,Cytoscape 3.6.1 were used to make statistical analysis of the case data.Results:The statistical analysis found that the high-frequency medicines used to treat this disease were raw rehmannia,angelica,achyranthes bidentata,raw astragalus,accounting for 55.83%of the total frequency.From the incidence relationship of high-frequency medicine,the commonly used medicine pair combination was derived.From the aspect of effectiveness,tonic medicines,blood stasis dispersing medicines and heat-clearing medicines were the main ones,accounting for 55.93%of the total frequency and from the aspect of medicinal properties,they are mainly warm,cold and mild,accounting for 55.97%of the total frequency.From the tastes of the medicines,they are mainly bitter,pungent and sweet,accounting for 55.27%of the total frequency and from the perspective of medicinal channel tropism,the liver meridian is the most,followed by the heart,kidney,spleen and stomach and lung meridians,accounting for 56.45%of the total frequency of the channel tropism.Conclusion:According to the results of statistical analysis,Professor Qin Guozheng's treatment of impotence pathogenesis is to take qi and blood as the key link and liver depression and kidney deficiency combined with dampness and heat stasis to damage yin as the moderation.Clinically,the methods of replenishing liver and kidney,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,detoxification and clearing heat are mainly used for the disease.
