摘要
针对煤燃烧产生的氟化物污染,介绍了相关行业和地区的排放标准,综述了常见的燃煤脱氟技术,包括洗煤脱氟、燃烧脱氟和烟气脱氟。洗煤脱氟用于在源头上控制氟化物的生成;燃烧脱氟可减少煤燃烧过程中氟化物的生成量;烟气脱氟用于对煤燃烧排烟中氟化物的脱除,包括干法和湿法,其脱氟效果最好,但由于需在尾部增设烟气治理装置,故投资运行成本也最高。
Regarding the fluoride pollution caused by coal combustion,the emission standards of relevant industries and regions are introduced,and common coal defluorination technologies are reviewed,including coal washing defluorination,combustion defluorination and flue gas defluorination.Coal washing and defluorination is used to control the generation of fluoride at the source;combustion defluorination can reduce the generation of fluoride during coal combustion;flue gas defluorination is used to remove fluoride from coal combustion flue gas,including dry methods The wet method has the best defluorination effect,but because of the need to add a flue gas treatment device at the tail,the investment and operation cost is also the highest.
