摘要
为了提高废旧液晶显示屏中铟的回收效率,本文提出了铟的湿法酸浸出工艺流程,包括预处理、酸浸、富集、沉淀回收及锌置换,通过实验确定了各回收工艺流程的工艺参数,并给出了详细的工艺流程,为废旧液晶显示屏中铟的回收提供了参考。
In order to improve the recovery efficiency of indium in the LCD screen,this paper puts forward the wet acid indium leaching processes,including pretreatment,acid leaching,enrichment and precipitation recycling and zinc replacement.The process parameters of recycling process are determined by the experiments,and the detailed process flow is given for reference of indium recovery in waste liquid crystal display.
