摘要
以云南省为例,构建综合评价指标体系,并运用熵值法对高等教育的发展状况进行历时性模糊评价。结果发现:云南省高等教育发展处于规模扩大和外延扩张的大众化阶段,无论是整体发展还是部分发展都处于高水平发展阶段;在发展过程中拥有社会经济发展水平不断提升、师资投入和经费投入不断增加、国际化程度不断加深等优势;但也存在着高等教育办学体制单一、社会力量参与教育事业的主动性和积极性不强、高校科研水平较低和社会服务能力较差等短板。
Taking Yunnan province as an example,this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system,and makes a diachronic fuzzy evaluation of the development status of higher education with the method of entropy.It is found that:the development of higher education in Yunnan province is in the stage of popularization with the expansion in scale and extension.Both the overall development and the partial development are in the stage of high-level development;in the process of development,it has the advantages of constantly improving the level of social and economic development,continuously increasing the investment of teachers and funds,and deepening the degree of internationalization.However,there are still some shortcomings in higher education,such as the unitary school-running system,the weak initiative and enthusiasm of social forces to participate in education,the low level of scientific research in universities and the poor ability of social service.
