摘要
对科技期刊编辑质量中的无序部分进行研究和控制,使编辑系统处于有序可控的状态。通过控制2个报道时差、累积校对正效应来描述编辑质量无序部分的可量化指标;通过优化稿件流动、提高存稿周转率,调整出刊时间、应对稿件不均衡,积极沟通、减少作者盲动性来对无序部分维持一个预定的稳定或平衡状态;最后,通过反馈控制来及时调整和校正编辑系统,保证系统的稳定并优化系统功能。结合笔者期刊的一些应用实例,分析得出上述方法能保证编辑系统的稳定并优化系统功能,力图对编辑质量中的无序部分进行控制,以减少编辑系统的无能和低效,达到整体最优。
The disordered parts in the editorial quality of sci-tech periodicals are studied and controlled to make the editing system in an orderly and controllable state.The quantifiable index of the disordered parts of editorial quality is described by controlling the time difference of two reports and accumulating the positive effect of proofreading.The manuscripts flow and the turnover rate of saved manuscripts are improved to adjust to the publication time and the imbalance in editing manuscripts.To address the problems,proactive communication and relative transparency for authors’keeping up with the editing are to maintain a predetermined stability or balance of the disordered parts in editing.Finally,the editing system is adjusted and corrected in time through feedback control to ensure the stability of the system and optimize the function of the system.Through the case study,it is concluded that the above methods can meet the predicted results.By controlling the disordered parts of the editorial quality,the incompetence and inefficiency in the editing system can be reduced and the overall optimization can be achieved.
