摘要
为了实现将简单矿石中的有用矿物与脉石在视觉范围内直观区分开,提高物理选矿效率,探索设计了一种图像处理方法用以优化双能X射线透射技术,使之完善成选矿专用系统。矿石经过该系统处理后能够形成清晰、明显的矿物分布图像,从而直观观察矿石中矿物元素的分布,为进一步的选矿研究提供技术基础。重点介绍该系统的成像界面设计及矫正、图像处理方法设计思路及步骤,最后经试验检测验证,证明可达到目的。
In order to distinguish useful minerals from gangue in simple ore in visual range and improve the efficiency of physical mineral processing,an image processing method was explored and designed to optimize the dual-energy X-ray transmission technology and make it perfect into a special mineral processing system.After the ore is processed by the system,a clear and obvious mineral distribution image can be formed,so that the distribution of mineral elements in the ore can be visually observed,and a technical basis is provided for further mineral processing research.The imaging interface design and correction,image processing method,design idea and steps of the system are introduced in detail.Finally,the test and verification prove that the purpose can be achieved.
