摘要
刹车系统是关系飞机飞行安全的重要系统,防滑刹车控制模块(BCU)是飞机刹车系统的核心部件。BCU通过控制液压电磁阀和压力伺服阀输出刹车压力,为飞机着陆滑跑提供刹车制动和防滑控制,实现各种不同工况下的刹车功能。本文针对BCU测试效率低,测试复杂的问题,设计了一种高效快速的BCU模块测试系统。采用该测试系统后,BCU模块的调试生产效率显著提高,为实现BCU模块的批生产提供了有利工具。
Brake system is the important system which directly influences the safety of an aircraft.The brake control unit(BCU)is the core component of the brake system.BCU controls the hydraulic valves and pressure servo valves to output braking pressure so as to provide braking and antiskid control for aircraft landing roll,and realizes various modes of brake function.In order to solve the low test efficiency of BCU and test complex problems,the paper designs an efficient BCU test system.After adopting the test system,BCU debugging and manufacture efficiency has been improved significantly,which is a useful tool for BCU batch manufacture.
