摘要 以丙烯酰胺(AM)、丙烯酸(AA)、腐植酸钾(KHA)、多聚磷酸铵(PPA)为原料,N,N′-二亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂,采用水溶液聚合法合成了具有吸水保水功能的腐植酸多聚磷酸铵缓释控肥料(HA/PPA)。探讨AM与AA质量比、KHA用量、PPA用量、AA中和度、KPS用量、MBA用量对缓释控肥料吸水倍率、保水率、氮素释放率等性能的影响。结果表明,在最佳工艺条件(AM/AA质量比3∶7,腐植酸钾3.0 g,多聚磷酸铵1.0 g,丙烯酸中和度60%,交联剂用量为0.04 g,引发剂用量为0.35 g)下,合成的HA/PPA缓释控肥具有三维网络结构,吸自来水倍率最高可达283 g/g,保水率达90.30%,氮素30 d累积释放73.60%。 Using acrylamide(AM),acrylic acid(AA),potassium humate(KHA),polyphosphate(PPA)as raw material,N,N′-dimethyl bisacrylamide(MBA)as cross-linking agent and potassium persulfate(KPS)as initiator,humic acid polyammonium polyphosphate sustained-release fertilizer with water absorption and water retention function was synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization.The structure of the product was characterized by FTIR,SEM,and the water absorption rate and water absorption rate were studied.The properties of fertilizer were determined in terms of water retention rate and nitrogen release rate.Discuss the mass ratio of AM to AA,KHA dosage,PPA dosage,AA neutralization degree,the effects of S dosage and MBA dosage on the properties of sustained release controlled fertilizer were studied.The results showed that under the optimum technological conditions(AM/AA mass ratio 3∶7,potassium humate 3.0 g,polyphosphate 1.0 g,neutralization degree of acrylic acid 60%,amount of crosslinker 0.04 g,initiator dosage 0.35 g),the maximum absorption rate of tap water was 283 g/g,and the water retention rate could reach 90.30%.The cumulative release of 73.60%nitrogen in 30 d.
