摘要
试验旨在研究辣椒碱、姜辣素、大蒜素以及精油对817肉鸡生长性能、胴体性能、抗氧化和免疫功能的影响。750只2日龄817肉公雏随机分为5个处理组,每个处理6个重复,每个重复25只,试验期40 d。Ⅰ组(基础饲粮)、Ⅱ组(2 mg/kg恩拉霉素)、Ⅲ组(75 mg/kg辣椒碱)、Ⅳ组(第1阶段37 mg/kg辣椒碱+50 mg/kg姜辣素+200 mg/kg大蒜素;第2阶段75 mg/kg辣椒碱+100 mg/kg姜辣素+400 mg/kg大蒜素)、Ⅴ组(200 mg/kg肉桂醛和香芹酚组成的混合精油)。结果表明:①Ⅲ、Ⅳ组和Ⅴ组2~21日龄料重比显著降低(P<0.05),且Ⅴ组显著低于Ⅱ组(P<0.05);Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组2~41日龄利润显著升高(P<0.05)。②植物提取物的添加对胴体性能和免疫器官指数影响不显著(P>0.05)。③Ⅲ组血浆MDA含量显著低于Ⅰ、Ⅱ组,IgM含量显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ组(P<0.05);Ⅲ、Ⅳ组和Ⅴ组GSSG含量显著低于Ⅰ、Ⅱ组,IgG含量显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ组(P<0.05);Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组IgA含量显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),且Ⅲ组显著高于Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。综上,2~41日龄817肉鸡基础饲粮中单独添加辣椒碱或与姜辣素和大蒜素混合添加可提高生长性能、抗氧化和免疫功能,单独添加精油可提高抗氧化和免疫功能。
The aim of this experiment was to study the effects of capsaicin,gingerol,allicin,and essential oil alternative to antibiotics on growth performance,carcass performance,antioxi⁃dant and immune function of 817 broiler chick⁃ens.Seven hundred and fifty 2-day-old 817 male chickens were randomly assigned to five groups,each group consisted of six replicates with 25 broilers.The experiment lasted for 40 days.Ⅰgroup(basal diet),Ⅱgroup(2 mg/kg enramycin),Ⅲgroup(75 mg/kg capsaicin),Ⅳgroup(first stage 37 mg/kg capsaicin+50 mg/kg gingerol+200 mg/kg allicin;second stage 75 mg/kg capsaicin+100 mg/kg gingerol+400 mg/kg allicin), Ⅴ group(200 mg/kg compound essential oil blend of cinnamyl aldehyde and carvacrol). The results showed: ①The F/G of 2 to 21 day in Ⅲ, Ⅳ and Ⅴ groups was significantly decreased (P<0.05), and Ⅴ group wassignificantly lower than the Ⅱ group (P<0.05);Profit of 2 to 41 day in Ⅲ and Ⅳ groups was significant⁃ly increased (P<0.05). ② Plant extracts had no significantly effects on carcass perpormance and immuneorgans index (P>0.05). ③ Content of MDA in plasma of Ⅲ group was significantly decreased comparedto Ⅰ and Ⅱ group, and content of IgM was significantly increased compared to Ⅰ and Ⅱ group (P<0.05);Content of GSSG in plasma of Ⅲ, Ⅳ and Ⅴ groups was significantly decreased compared to Ⅰand Ⅱ groups, and content of IgG was significantly increased compared to Ⅰ and Ⅱ groups (P<0.05).Content of IgA in plasma of Ⅲ and Ⅳ groups was significantly increased compared to Ⅰ group (P<0.05), and Ⅲ group was significantly higher than Ⅱ group (P<0.05). In conclusion, adding capsaicinalone or mixed with gingerol and allicin to the basal diet of 817 chickens aged 2 to 41 days can improvegrowth performance, antioxidant and immune function, adding compound essential oil alone can improveantioxidant and immune function.
