椎体成形术治疗创伤性椎体压缩骨折对运动功能评分法评分影响分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨创伤性椎体压缩骨折运用椎体成形术治疗及对运动功能评分法评分影响。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月收治的创伤性椎体压缩骨折患者82例进行研究,将之分为2组,对照组41例患者采用常规开放手术治疗,观察组41例患者采用椎体成形术治疗,对2组患者治疗及运动功能改善情况进行比较分析。结果术前2组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后观察组评分较对照组明显更低(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为2%,低于对照组15%(P<0.05);术前2组运动功能Fugl-Meyer评分、生活质量SF-12评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后3个月观察组各评分较对照组明显更高(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗创伤性椎体压缩骨折采用椎体成形术能够有效减轻患者疼痛程度,促进运动功能恢复,减少术后并发症,值得推广。 Objective To investigate vertebroplasty in the treatment of traumatic vertebral compression fractures and its effect on motor function scoring.Methods Eighty-two patients with traumatic vertebral compression fractures admitted between January 2018 and January 2020 were included in the study,and all patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=41)were treated with conventional open surgery,and 41 patients in the study group(n=41)were treated with vertebroplasty.The treatment and motor function improvement in the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in visual analogue scoring(VAS)score between the two groups at baseline(P>0.05),and the score in the study group after operation was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(2%vs.15%,P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the motor function Fugl-Meyer score and quality of life SF-12 score between the two groups at baseline(both P>0.05).The scores in the study group at 3 months after operation were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Using vertebroplasty in the treatment of traumatic vertebral compression fractures may effectively reduce the pain degree,promote the recovery of motor function,and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,which justifies wide spread use.
