摘要
目的探讨男性护士拖延行为与自我职业规划的相关性。方法选取2019年1~12月我市三所医院男性护士52名为研究对象,采用整群抽样法对人口学资料调查表、一般拖延量表和自我职业规划量表进行相关调查,采用Pearson相关性分析法分析拖延行为与自我职业规划之间的相关性。结果在经纳入与排除标准筛选后,纳入52名护士作为研究对象,男性护士拖延评分为(54.63±11.53)分,其中无拖延11人,轻度拖延31人,重度拖延10人,不同学历、职称、是否有编制和生育情况的男性护士拖延行为评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);男性护士自我职业规划评分为(36.17±8.53)分,不同学历、护龄、职称、是否有编制以及月收入的男性护士自我职业规划评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对男性护士拖延行为与职业规划进行Pearson相关性分析得知,两者呈负相关,差异有统计学意义(r=-0.407,P=0.015)。结论男性护士的拖延行为较为普遍,特别是在二孩、有编制、护师以及大专护士中拖延行为突出,男性护士拖延行为与自我职业规划呈负相关。因此在针对男性护士管理过程中,应通过有效方法来降低男性护士的压力,减少拖延行为,促进护理人员队伍的建设。
Objective To investigate the correlation between male nurses'procrastination behavior and self-career planning.Methods A total of 52 male nurses from three hospitals from January to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects according to the cluster sampling method,and the demographic data questionnaire,general procrastination scale and self-career planning scale were investigated.Pearson correlation analysis method was used to analyze the correlation between procrastination behavior and self-career planning.Results After screening by inclusion and exclusion criteria,52 nurses were selected as the subjects of this research.Male nurses scored(54.63±11.53)points,including 11 people without procrastination,31 people with mild procrastination,and 10 people with severe procrastination.There were statistically significant differences in the scores of male nurses with different educational background,professional titles,establishment and fertility(P<0.05).Male nurses scored(36.17±8.53)points in self-career planning,and there were statistically significant differences in the scores of male nurses with different educational background,nursing age,professional title,establishment and monthly income(P<0.05).It was shown in Pearson correlation analysis of male nurses'procrastination behavior and career planning that there was a negative correlation between them,and the difference was statistically significant(r=-0.407,P=0.015).Conclusion The procrastination behavior of male nurses is more common,especially among those who have two children,nurses with establishment,nurse practitioner and junior college nurses.The procrastination behavior of male nurses is negatively correlated with self-career planning.Therefore,in the management of male nurses,effective measures should be taken to reduce the pressure of male nurses,so as to reduce procrastination and promote the construction of nursing staff.
