摘要
军民融合是协调、平衡、兼容国防建设和经济建设的内在规律要求,产教融合是实现大学内涵式发展、社会服务功能拓展的根本需求。在从大国迈向强国的新的历史转折点上,军民融合不但是实现我国国力转化的核心机制,也是推进我国从高等教育大国转向高等教育强国的核心枢纽。聚焦国家发展战略,立足地方资源禀赋探索特色鲜明的应用型大学办学模式,是成渝地区地方高校实现内涵发展的必然选择。
Civil military integration is the inherent law requirement of coordination,balance and compatibility of national defense construction and economic construction,and the integration of industry and education is the fundamental demand to realize the connotative development of universities and the expansion of social service functions.At the new historical turning point from a big country to a powerful country,civil military integration is not only the core mechanism to realize the transformation of China’s national strength,but also the core hub to promote China’s transformation from a big country of higher education to a powerful country of higher education.Focusing on the national development strategy and based on the local resource endowment,it is an inevitable choice for the local colleges and universities in Chengdu and Chongqing to explore the school running mode of application-oriented universities with distinctive characteristics.
