摘要
警察幸福感以职业满意度为核心,是特殊职业幸福感范畴下对主观幸福感、心理幸福感、社会幸福感整合取向的理解。以塞利格曼“幸福2.0”理论为基本理论框架自编《警察职业满意度量表》,对浙江省丽水市莲都区、杭州市西湖景区、湖州市长兴县等三个县(区)级公安机关民警进行抽样调查,基于因素分析构建包括工作动力、职业认同、同事支持、综合评价等四个因子的二阶结构模型,具有良好的信效度。研究发现,浙江省公安民警幸福感总体处于中等偏上水平,工作单位(岗位)、收入水平是警察幸福感的主要影响因素,由年龄、职级、警衔、警龄等因素综合决定的职业发展阶段对职业幸福感有显著影响。
Police happiness is centered on occupational satisfaction,which is the understanding of subjective well-being,psychological well-being,and social well-being in the category of special professional well-being.Based on Seligman s“Happiness 2.0”theory,the Police Career Satisfaction Scale is designed to conduct a sample survey of police officers in three county-level police agencies,which has good reliability and validity.The study found that the public security police's sense of happiness in Zhejiang Province is generally at the upper-middle level.The work unit(post)and income level are the main factors affecting the police's happiness.The career development stage is determined by factors such as age,rank,police rank,and police age.It has a significant impact on professional well-being.
