无肝素技术在高危出血血液透析患者中的应用价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析无肝素技术在高危出血血液透析患者中的应用价值。方法选择我院于2018年1月至2019年2月收治血液透析的72例高危出血患者为观察对象,其中36例接受常规治疗方式,将其列为对照组,36例应用无肝素技术治疗方案,将其列为观察组,分析两组患者的住院时间、无肝素透析次数、透析凝血情况以及出血发生情况。结果针对高危出血血液透析患者,严格按照标准与规范操作的无肝素技术的效果尤为显著,观察组临床治疗效果、临床症状缓解程度显著优于对照组,出血并发症低于对照组,平均透析次数、平均住院时间均低于对照组,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论高危出血患者血液透析中用无肝素技术具有显著的效果,但在应用过程中需要加强患者的护理干预,确保无肝素技术血液透析开展的有效性与安全性,以此来提升患者的生存质量。 Objective To analyze the application value of heparin-free technology in high-risk hemodialysis patients.Methods Seventy-two patients with high-risk bleeding who were admitted to our hospital for hemodialysis between January 2018 and February 2019 were selected as observation objects.Among them,36 patients received conventional treatment and were classified as a control group,36 patients were treated with heparin-free technology,as the observation group,and the length of hospital stay,the number of heparin-free dialysis,dialysis coagulation and bleeding occurred in the two groups were analyzed.Results For high-risk bleeding hemodialysis patients,the effect of heparin-free technology in strict accordance with standards and norms is particularly significant.The clinical treatment effect and clinical symptom relief of the observation group are significantly better than those of the control group.The bleeding complications of the observation group were lower than the control group.The average number of dialysis and the average length of hospital stay of the observation group were lower than that of the control group,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.Conclusion The use of heparinfree technology for hemodialysis in high-risk bleeding patients has a significant effect,but it is necessary to strengthen the patient's nursing intervention during the application process to ensure the effectiveness and safety of hemodialysis heparin-free technology,so as to improve patients'health the quality of life.
