摘要
目的:观察加压放松对上、下肢大强度抗阻运动后人体整体和局部疲劳相关指标的影响,探索加压放松在越野滑雪等上、下肢共同参与的全身性运动后疲劳恢复的作用。方法:实验分为上肢和下肢运动,通过上肢实验观察加压放松对局部肌肉功能的影响,通过下肢实验观察加压放松对激素水平的影响。实验对象为8名健康成年男性。1)上肢实验:以50%最大等长力量为阻力进行6组力竭性哑铃屈肘运动。进行2次实验,每次随机选取一侧上肢在训练后进行5组捆绑压为35 mmHg、充气压为200 mmHg,5 min加压、3 min间歇的加压放松,另一侧上肢安静休息。在运动前、运动后即刻、放松后、运动后24 h测试肌肉疼痛诱发压力、50%最大屈肘等长阻力的肌电RMS和屈肘90°最大等长力量。2)下肢实验:进行6组70%1 RM力竭性深蹲运动。进行2次实验,在其中一次运动后对两侧下肢进行5组捆绑压为40 mmHg、充气压为350 mmHg,5 min加压、3min间歇的加压放松,对照组安静休息。在运动前、运动后即刻、运动后24 h测试HGH、睾酮、CK和IL-6。结果:大强度屈肘运动后24 h加压组力量、肌电RMS、屈肘肌疼痛诱发压力恢复幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。大负荷深蹲运动后,加压组和对照组CK无显著差异,但加压组的增幅仅为对照组的1/2;运动后24 h加压组IL-6恢复到运动前,对照组仍显著高于运动前;运动前后各时间点各组血睾酮水平无显著差异;运动后即刻,各组HGH均显著提高,但无组间差异。结论:加压放松可促进越野滑雪运动上肢大强度抗阻训练次日力量的恢复,减轻肌肉酸痛感和疲劳程度;加压放松有助于减轻越野滑雪运动大强度下肢抗阻训练后的肌细胞损伤和肌肉炎症反应。建议可在越野滑雪短距离比赛间歇期,以及大强度抗阻训练后即刻进行加压放松,有助于次日疲劳恢复。
Objectives:To observe the effect of Kaatsu relaxation on the body’s overall and local fatigue related indexes after high-intensity resistance exercise of upper and lower limbs,and to explore the method of Kaatsu relaxation on the fatigue recovery after cross country skiing and other general sports involving both upper and lower extremities.Methods:The experiment was divided into two parts,upper limb and lower limb exercise.The upper limb experiment was used to observe the effect of Kaatsu relaxation on local muscle function,and the lower limb experiment was used to observe the effect of Kaatsu relaxation on hormone level.The subjects were eight healthy adult males.1)Upper limb experiment:6 groups of exhaustive dumbbell elbow flexion exercises were performed with 50%maximal strength.The experiments were conducted twice.Each time,one upper limb was randomly choosed to undergo 5 sets of Kaatsu relaxation with binding pressure of 35 mmHg and inflatable pressure of 200 mmHg,5 min of pressure and 3 min of intermittent,while the other limb rested.Muscle pain induced stress,EMG RMS of 50%maximal elbow flexion force and maximal isometric elbow flexion strength at 90°were measured before and immediately after exercise,after relaxation,and 24 h after exercise.2)Lower limb experiment:6 groups of 70%1 RM exhaustive squat exercises were performed.Af‐ter exercise,5 sets of Kaatsu relaxation with binding pressure of 35 mmHg and inflatable pressure of 200 mmHg,5 min of pressure and 3 min of intermittent were applied to both lower limbs.The experiments were conducted again 7 days later but alternated the ways to relax.HGH,testosterone,CK,and IL-6 were measured before,immediately after,and 24 h after exercise.Results:The recovery amplitude of strength,EMG RMS and pain pressure threshold of elbow flexor in the Kaatsu group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).After High-Intensity squat exercise,there was no significant difference in CK between the Kaatsu and control group,but the increase of the Kaatsu group was only 1/2 that of the control group.24 h after exercise,IL-6 in the Kaatsu group returned to the level before exercise,but the control group was still significantly higher than that before exercise.There was no significant difference in the serum testosterone levels of each groups before and after exercise.Immediately after exercise,HGH was significantly increased in all groups,but there was no difference between groups.Conclusion:Kaatsu relaxation can promote the strength recovery on the next day after high-intensity resistance training of upper limbs in cross country skiing,and reduce muscle soreness and fatigue.Kaatsu relaxation is helpful to reduce the injury of muscle membrane and muscle inflammation of cross country skiers after high-intensity resistance training of lower limbs.Kaatsu relaxation can be carried out immediately after the short distance race interval for cross country skiers,as well as the high-intensity resistance training of upper and lower limbs,which is conducive to recovery on the next day.
