摘要
为了在无创伤且易操作的情况下获得糖尿病患者的多种重要生理参数,设计一种基于单一无创检测血糖探头的活体多通道生理生化检测仪。该仪器以S5PV210处理器(ARM Cortex⁃A8)为控制核心,完成各功能模块的设计,给出H桥光电驱动电路、电源模块、存储模块和串口转换电路等硬件电路的设计方案,所得数据在串口屏上显示,同时介绍基于USART HMI的人机交互界面实现方案。使用该仪器对10名志愿者进行实验验证,测得各项生理参数的真实值与测量值的相关性均在0.8以上。结果表明,活体多通道生理生化检测仪具有很好的准确性、稳定性和可操作性,在糖尿病药效学研究有着广阔的应用前景。
A living body multi⁃channel physiological and biochemical detector based on single non⁃invasive blood glucose detection probe is designed to obtain multiple important physiological parameters of diabetic patients in the case of non⁃invasive and easy operation.With the S5PV210 processor(ARM Cortex⁃A8)as the control core of the instrument,the design of various functional modules is completed.The design scheme of the hardware circuits such as H⁃bridge photoelectric drive circuit,power module,storage module and serial port switching circuit is given.The obtained data are displayed on the serial screen.The implementation plan of man⁃machine interaction interface based on USART HMI is introduced.The instrument was used to test 10 volunteers for the experimental verification,and the correlation between the actual value of each physiological parameter and its measured value is all above 0.8.The results show that the living body multi⁃channel physiological and biochemical detector has good accuracy,stability and operability,and has broad application prospect in the study of diabetes pharmacodynamics.
