摘要
目的:观察rt-PA静脉溶栓联合依达拉奉超早期治疗对急性脑梗死患者的影响。方法:将68例急性脑梗死患者随机分为两组,联合疗法治疗试验组患者,rt-PA静脉溶栓单一疗法治疗对照组患者。对比两组的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、颅内压、血清中神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)和C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平的变化,并比较两组不良反应发生情况。结果:试验组总有效率64.71%(22/34)显著高于对照组的35.29%(12/34),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组治疗后NIHSS评分、颅内压和NSE、CRP水平均显著降低差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且试验组降低幅度高于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率为17.65%(6/34),与对照组的11.76%(4/34)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:rt-PA静脉溶栓联合依达拉奉超早期治疗急性脑梗死安全有效。
Objective To observe the effect of rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis combined with edaravone ultra-early treatment on patients with acute cerebral infarction.Method 68 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the experimental group were treated with combination therapy,while patients in the control group were treated with rt-pa intravenous thrombolysis.The changes of NIHSS score,intracranial pressure,and serum levels of neuron-specific enolase(NSE)and c-reactive protein(CRP)in the two groups were compared,and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 64.71%(22/34),which was significantly higher than that of the observation group35.29%(12/34)(P<0.05).After treatment,NIHSS score,intracranial pressure,NSE and CRP levels were significantly reduced in the two groups(P<0.05),and the difference in the experimental group was higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 17.65%(6/34),with no significant difference from the observation group[11.76%(4/34)](P>0.05).Conclusion rt-PA combined with edaravone is safe and effective in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
